The doctors and nurses are always careful to not give expectations of when your baby may be released from the NICU so we were pretty surprised (and super excited) to find out today that they were discharging both Kellen and Toben!
Logan, Caiden and Rylan went to Party City so we could have a "Welcome Home" party for the boys (or a "Welcome to our home" party according to Caiden)
After Caiden and Rylan woke up from their naps we all headed to the hospital to pick up Kellen and Toben. Caiden and Rylan were SO excited and did really well waiting in the car with Logan for the hour and a half it took to get the boys discharged!
Finally meeting their baby brothers! Caiden and Rylan were so cute and so happy to see them. They did a great job talking to the babies quietly like we had told them.

At home they finally got to give the babies very gentle hugs and kisses. Caiden is excited about his new brothers but Rylan is absolutely enthralled with the babies. ("Baby" is one of the few words she says clearly)

After putting Kellen and Toben through enough trauma we let them rest quietly in their room while Caiden and Rylan went nuts with the balloons.
And we had cake!
Now Logan and I are trying to get prepped and on top of things so that we're prepared for a long night and the insanity ahead of us.
It's so good to have everyone under the same roof!!
