The kids had a great time running around and seeing their friends. Rylan kept seeing lots of girls with all kinds of pretty things painted on their faces and was so into the idea. So we waited in the hour long line! We looked at all the pictures to figure out what she wanted and watched lots of kids get their faces painted. When it was finally our turn Caiden decided he wanted to be Spiderman and did a great job sitting still while his face was painted.
Rylan decided to go with a glittery "fancy mask" and jumped happily up in the chair. The face painting lady made one swipe with her sponge and Rylan freaked! She would have nothing to do with it and couldn't get out of there fast enough, so here's the result of our hour of waiting....
Maybe next time (or maybe next time I won't be suckered into waiting for half of a 2 hour long party in the face painting line! Sounds like a good job for Logan ;) )
