Summer?!

Once Caiden found out that summer means he doesn't go to school and soccer's over, he very seriously told me, "Mom, I don't think I like summer very much."


For a social, active 4 year-old boy I have had a hard time explaining to him why we have a summer break and why most people are excited about it.  I can't say that I blame him!  I'm less excited and more overwhelmed at the thought of summer (hot, pregnant and with 4 busy, little ones) than I've ever been too!


Glad he enjoys his friends and activities so much.  Here's hoping we won't bore him too much this summer ;)
